Giving The Unbreakable an Unrelenting Lift

Therese Saranza was born a carefree and happy child. In 1994, at the age of five, her world changed. She was diagnosed with a congenital sickness, Atlantoaxial Instability. A halo brace was screwed to her head to support her movement. Despite the pain and the strange looks that she had to endure, the feisty young girl was determined to live normally. She continued with her education and made friends like any other children. However, her physical condition continued to deteriorate, and she started using a wheelchair when she entered college. With sheer determination and hard work, Therese graduated as Cum Laude, Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2011. Unfortunately, her fourth surgery in the same year was not successful. She became paralysed from the neck down and has to be ventilator dependent.

With the steadfast support of her family and her strong will, the unbreakable Therese overcame depression. She decided to make financial contributions to her medical needs. In 2015, she became gainfully employed with an online job.

She was referred to DG-Bridge, who readily supported her with infra-structure, including all the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to facilitate working from home. These have helped Therese

“I would like to thank DG-Bridge for these treasured gifts sincerely, it gives me the courage to continue my mission in life.”
